What heliocentric motion refers to is the movement of planets from the perspective of our Sun. This is useful to analyze because the liberation of the Earth and the liberation of our solar system are one and the same. Our physical Sun is a conduit for energies from the Galactic Central Sun. So aspects made to our physical Sun would have a powerful effect on our Solar System and our planet.
